Membership Fees
The Members of the Society shall be :-
1.
Life Members - Those who contribute Rs. 5000.00/USD 100 at the time of joining.
2.
General Members - Those who contribute Rs. 500.00/USD 10 every year.
3.
Founder Members – All the signatories of the MOA of the Society will be the Founder Members.
4.
The number of members of the Society including the Governing body shall not be less than seven.
5.
Every member of the Society shall be bound by the provisions of the Memorandum of Association of the Society and these Rules and Regulations and by all Rules, Regulations and decisions from time to time, made or taken by the Society in General Meeting or by the Governing Body.
6.
The property and income of the Society shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the society as set forth in this Memorandum of Association and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of bonus or otherwise however to the members of the society provided that nothing herein contained shall prevent the payment in good faith or remuneration to any officer or employee of the Society or to any member of the Society or other person for any services actually rendered.
